Order preparation

Following successful payment authorization, orders are usually checked, packed and prepared for carrier pickup in 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimate

The usual carrier journey after dispatch is 4–6 business days. The available services and charges appear at checkout. Severe weather, holidays, carrier disruption, remote destinations or inaccurate address details can extend delivery.

Tracking and shipment help

Tracking is sent through the order contact details when the selected service provides it. For a late, missing, damaged or unlocated delivered parcel, email icuzobukid06@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking reference.
